Second time using Scan Baby and the care has been amazing both times. Sadly my first visit ended with finding out I had a missed miscarriage, but the staff were so supportive and contacted the hospital for me. Visited Scan Baby on two occasions now and I’ll definitely be returning for more scans. I’ve had both an early scan and a gender scan here, and each experience has been amazing. The staff are so welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable - they really make you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole appointment. Had gender scan earlier in my pregnancy and just had a 4d scan. Would highly recommend, friendly staff and very knowledgeable, scans are thorough and informative. We came away feeling wholesome both times. Love how they turn the room pink/blue and the 4D scans are well worth a go!

I have visited Scan Baby on three separate occasions and they have always been prompt and professional. We have had an early scan, 4D scan and a heartbeat bear from Scan Baby, all of which have added to our experience of being pregnant and experiencing this wonderful journey. The environment is welcoming and the staff talk you through each process. Most importantly they keep you informed on details about your baby throughout your scan as well as filling out a handover form with any relevant details. The staff are personable and happy to answer any questions that you may have. I would also like to add that our baby was hiding their face for our first 4D scan, and we were able to go back at a later date to have a rescan free of charge.
